Russian adoptions have slowed but, not stopped. The US State Department has posted a notice.
The volcanic ash kept the delegation from the US State Department from visiting Moscow, but they will be going next week.
This is all good news.
I wonder what has happened with Artem, and with Torry Hansen?

We're waiting on pins and needles... Thank God nothing has been officially closed so far.
Danica, just wanted to say hello! You were very helpful to me when I started researching adoption a couple of years ago and I just saw that you popped into a chat group and commented. We've now made our first trip to meet our sweet girl and are waiting on news of our court date.
Anyway, just wanted to say thank you for all of your help!
